About My Practice
"Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom." – Viktor E. Frankl
Welcome to Resilience Realm Counseling!
If you're carrying the weight of trauma, managing anxiety or dissociation, healing from abuse, or just trying to get through the day, you're not alone.
I'm a nonbinary, LGBTQIA+-affirming therapist who works with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, dissociative disorders, mood disorders, and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
Therapy here isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your experiences, your pace, and your goals matter. I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR, ego parts work, DBT, CBT, somatic therapy, and mindfulness. How we work together will depend on what feels right for you. I bring openness, curiosity, and compassion to each session so we can figure out what healing looks like in your life.
You can expect me to be genuine, empathetic, honest, and to bring a bit of humor when it helps. This work is serious, but the space doesn’t always have to feel heavy. My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood.
Let’s make room for what hurts, what matters, and what’s possible.
